Processing and Shipping Policies
PROCESSING
After an order has been placed, please allow 10-14 business days for the order to be packaged and delivered to our courier. Be mindful that any shipping times do not include processing times.
Note: In the instance, there are any delays in processing all customers will be communicated with directly.
SHIPPING
All orders are shipped through USPS. You will receive an email with tracking information once your order has been shipped but please allow up to 24 hours for the information to be updated by the courier. If you are unable to track your order after 24 hours, do not hesitate to reach out.
Damaged/Lost/Stolen
We take pride in making our best effort to pack every order with care and ensure they are secure throughout shipment. Once orders are in the hands of USPS, we are no longer responsible for any damaged, lost, or stolen packages during shipping. All orders do include insurance and you will be required to reach out to the USPS directly in those instances.
